If you want to contribute further. But don’t know how else to do so, via everything that we have available to you inside this S-curve experience… And/Or… If you would like to try out what it’s like to become an S-curve member for the first time.


What you need?

  1. A LIVE update member page (See gallery)
  2. A mobile device + Internet (The live 121 coaching chat’s will happen via that little blue icon @ the image above)

The $10 start will get you your first update. This is when we set the foundation. After going through the following questions…

1) Are you on FB messenger? (Compulsory now… @ you don’t need to be ‘on’ Facebook, the website).

2) Your age/weight/height (To tailor your nutrition plan).

3) The foods you can’t eat or don’t like… Also, the foods that you actually eat on a weekly basis.

4) If you’ll be working out at home or the gym…

5) Your ‘work life’ schedule.

6) If you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced trainee with weight training….

7) The main problem areas that you want to fix on your body.

8) A day one selfie/belfie if possible.

9) Have you experienced any pain or injury that still affects you today?

10) The time you’ll workout + Current home equipment




Forget about workouts… And even nutrition focused stuff.

You begin… So that you can start doing the right things, in regards to YOUR life. @ any part of this S-curve experience.

The goal is to go longer term. Which can be between 3-12 months. Because that’s how you’ll achieve the results that we’ve built with all of our S-curve members since 2011.

On any given month. The price will range between $50-$300. How much… Depends on what your needs are at any given time.

The most important thing… Is to actually ‘start’. Hence… $10 easy start to set your first update. At which point… You have 5-7 days to get warmed up. Before we decide what you’ll pay, for the following 4-6 weeks. Between $50-$300.

It ALWAYS get’s crazy after that 🙂

Note again: We’ve bee doing this S-curve sh*t since 2011. Which means 500-1000 members have passed through during that time. But… We’re only posting those who became long term (Minimum 3 months or even 6 weeks). Because that’s the only way you would see these kind of results.

And that’s the goal… To get you out of the results phase. And to start living the fun parts of the S-curve experience!

So… Let’s talk about ‘physical’ results for a moment. Because we all know (Ladies), that you won’t let yourself get snapped like this. Unless you’re on your way to 60% S-curvish and beyond.

One thing I will say about those who have been here for years…
They faced challenges. Such as illnesses, moving cities…
But they always return.
Returning is the key thing. Many don’t… Because that ‘habit’ hasn’t been coached into them. Or… They have no one ‘in their corner’. Which is why you become a member… So that you can get that. ❌ It’s never consistent. And we wouldn’t allow that in S-curve world any way. As going for results in that way… Won’t work, with the way we live, within the S-curve experience.

She’s inactive ‘today’. But at that time, she shocked herself. Because she thought she had tried everything… To not being a skinny girl any more.
Fact is… If you don’t like the way you look. And have tried. You haven’t tried everything.
And it’s not just about the physical activities.
In fact… Everyone who arrives ‘broken’. Is broken in some area of their life, which caused the physical appearance to fall off.
Anyway way… When you put the S-curve formula to work… This is what happens
